# Silicon Insights

Every client signs a plain-English agreement before paid work starts. It
lists every service and the rate for each, and a service with no agreed rate
is not ordered. Websites are built by hand as fast static pages and published
from hosting accounts and domains that belong to the client. By default a
site carries no forms, no cookies of its own and no analytics; contact goes
through phone, WhatsApp and email links that open on the visitor's own
device. The studio sets up the client's Google Business Profile and Search
Console in the client's own Google account, and offers a care plan with
response times written into the agreement. It does not promise search
rankings, a place in any AI assistant's answer, visitor numbers, customers,
sales or income, and says so on the pages that discuss them.

Services, as the agreement names them: design and build (with photography at
the premises, writing from the client's facts, search-engine basics, an
accessibility and speed check, a private preview and the go-live switch);
hosting setup and management in the client's name; the care plan (content
updates, minor adjustments, quoted major adjustments); Google Business
Profile and Search Console setup with a review link and QR code; extras
quoted one at a time. The client pays third-party costs such as the domain
directly, in the client's own accounts.

Every site is also built to be read by machines: the words live in the HTML
that arrives rather than being assembled by JavaScript, structured data
describes the business in schema.org vocabulary and never states anything the
visible page does not, the robots file names the AI crawlers and allows them,
and each site publishes a plain-text brief like this one at /llms.txt. There
is no separate charge for any of it.

The Work section shows concept sites: eleven complete websites built for real
businesses, shown under invented business names with every real detail
removed. They live under /work/<name>/ and are deliberately excluded from
search. No client is named anywhere on this site.

Silicon Insights also designs and builds Android games, start to finish and
in-house. Each game sets its own terms, and those terms are published on this
site in that game's own words, copied from what the app itself shows, without
editing. The games and the policy behind each one are at /games/.
