Do you do home visits?

Yes. Grooming and vet consultations can both be booked as home visits, so your pet does not have to travel.

How do I order or book?

Three ways, whichever suits you — message us on WhatsApp, call the shop, or use the Pawprint Lane app on Google Play. You can also just walk in.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver. Message us with what you need and we will confirm what is in stock and what it costs to bring it over.

What is Pawprint Lane Companion?

Our membership. It includes a welcome kit, a birthday cake or gift, a discount in the shop, reduced delivery charges, a discount on vet consultations, and extra daily profile views in the community. Plans start from the date of purchase — ask us for current pricing.

What are PawPoints?

A loyalty scheme in the app. You earn points on every booking or purchase and redeem them against discounts, free services or goodies.

Can you board my pet while I travel?
