Her promise, word for word

“My passion is in pet dogs and cats and my promise to you is I will love your pet like my own. With over 20 years’ experience as a dog and cat groomer I provide pet grooming to all breeds. Open to provide other pet services to the local community.”

That is the whole of what Wrenhollow says about itself in public, quoted exactly. Everything else on this site is either drawn from it or marked as not known.

Why appointments only

A grooming table is a strange place for an animal. It is high, it smells of other dogs, and something loud is about to happen. Most of what makes it go well is time — time to let a nervous cat come out of the carrier in its own time, time to work through a matted coat in stages rather than in one go.

Walk‑ins make that impossible, because somebody is always waiting. One booking at a time is not a limitation here. It is the service.

Cats, properly

Plenty of groomers take dogs and politely decline cats. Wrenhollow is half cat by name. What that means in practice — which coats, which temperaments, what she will and will not take on — is a question for her, not for a website written without her.

All

Breeds. Her own words again: “I provide pet grooming to all breeds.” If you have been turned away somewhere for size, coat or temperament, it is worth a phone call.
