About
A table that gets looked at before it gets eaten.
Saltwind Grazing Co. makes grazing tables, boxes and platters for celebrations across Saltwind and the coast.
Elevated entertaining, thoughtfully curated.
That is how they describe it themselves, and it is a fair description of the work. A grazing table is not a buffet. It is built in layers along the length of a table — artisan cheeses and charcuterie, fresh seasonal produce, freshly baked breads, artisan crackers, dips and antipasto, with greenery threaded through the gaps. Every item in that list is one they have named themselves.
The result is meant to be looked at before it is eaten. It is the first thing a guest walks toward, and it holds a room together while people find each other.

Dietary requirements
“Gluten‑free? Vegan? Vegetarian? We’ve got you covered.”
Their words, not ours. Platters and grazing boxes are customised to suit a range of specific dietary requirements — tell them who is coming and what they cannot eat, and it is built around that.
Where they work
Saltwind, and the coast either side of it.
Gullhaven, Fernvale, the bay, the the river district — every one of them a place they have tagged in their own posts. Pick up and delivery are both available. No shopfront address is published, so ask which suits when you get in touch.
This is where the story of who runs Saltwind Grazing Co. belongs — who they are, how they started, why grazing tables and not something else. It has been left deliberately empty. Writing a founder’s story on their behalf would mean inventing it, and an invented sentence in someone else’s voice is the one thing a concept must not do.
“DA approved, certified, insured.”Their own Instagram profile, quoted as their claim
Saltwind Grazing Co. states this on their own profile. It is repeated here as their claim, in their words. If they would like a registration or licence number shown alongside it, that is theirs to supply.
