What we do

Six ways to put food in the middle of the room.

Grazing tables, boxes, platters, brunch, retreat catering and gifting. Everything is made fresh and built for the occasion it is going to.

Grazing tables

Built along the length of your table in layers — artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fresh seasonal produce, breads and crackers, dips and antipasto, with greenery threaded through.

An overhead view of a grazing table — cured meats, cheeses, figs, crackers and eucalyptus.

Grazing boxes

Brimming with gourmet treats, made fresh on the day. Multiple sizes and filling options, so the same idea works for a picnic for two or a table of twenty.

Two grazing boxes filled with cheeses, cured meats, grapes, berries and dried citrus.

Platters

A single generous board — cheese, cured meats, fruit cut to catch the light, dried citrus and crackers.

A round grazing platter — brie, figs, grapes, salami roses and dried orange wheels.

Brunch & breakfast boxes

For the morning of a wedding, and the morning after. Pastries, muffins, banana bread, bagels with smoked salmon, fruit, yoghurt cups, quiches, smashed avo bites and pancake stacks.

A long breakfast box of croissants, cheeses, cured meats, kiwi and passionfruit.

Retreats & corporate

A signature graze for a retreat weekend or a photo shoot. Premium cheeses with fresh produce, charcuterie, freshly baked breads, artisan crackers, dips and antipasto.

Gift boxes

A box to send rather than serve — for a thank you, a client, or Christmas. Local delivery available.

Before you ask

Questions worth answering.

Can you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?

Yes. In their words: “Our platters and grazing boxes can be customised to suit a range of specific dietary requirements. Gluten‑free? Vegan? Vegetarian? We’ve got you covered!” Tell them what is needed when you enquire.

Do you deliver, or do I collect?

Both. Their profile says “Pick up & delivery available”, and local delivery is offered on gift boxes. The delivery area and any fee are not published — ask when you enquire.

How far ahead should I book?

For weddings, early. They have said publicly that wedding dates “are filling quickly”. An exact lead time is not published, so treat that as a reason to ask sooner rather than later.

What does it cost?

Not published. Saltwind Grazing Co. does not list prices anywhere, and this concept site will not invent them. Price is on enquiry, and depends on guest numbers, what you choose and where it is going.
