Contact
Write, or send a WhatsApp message.
Tell us what the business does and where it is. The first reply is questions, not a quote; the quote comes later, in writing, in the agreement.
We work in English, Bengali and Hindi. No WhatsApp? Call +91 70445 58208.
Where we are
Ballygunge, South Kolkata.
We come to your premises for photographs anywhere in Kolkata. Everything else happens on WhatsApp and email, so a client in another city is no further away than one in the next lane.
The first message
Worth including, if you have it.
- What the business does, in a sentence.
- Where it is, and where its customers come from.
- What already exists: a website, a Google listing, a Facebook page, nothing.
- A few photographs, if you have them, as files rather than screenshots.
- Anything you have been told your trade may not say in public.
Then
What happens next.
We read what exists, ask what people say when they walk in and what they type when they need you, and look at the rules of your trade. Then comes a plain-English agreement listing every service and its rate, before any paid work starts. The whole process is written out on theHow it works page.
