Questions people ask
Do you use WordPress?
Not by default. Most of the sites we build are static files, which means there is no database to be hacked, no plugin to break on an update, and nothing to log into every month. If your business genuinely needs a system you can edit yourself daily, we will say so and quote for it rather than pretend a static site will do.
How many rounds of changes do I get?
One revision round is part of the build. Further rounds are quoted before they start, so a change never appears on an invoice you did not agree to first. In practice one round is enough when the content and photographs arrive in a usable form.
Who writes the words?
You can supply them, or we write them from the facts you give us and you approve every line before it goes anywhere. The claims stay yours either way. In some trades the rules limit what may be said at all, which is covered on the page about trades with advertising rules.
